Service Status

Events within the past 30 days that are preventing services from performing normally are listed in report below. Details for the events include:

  • Status: Open and working on it or Closed and no further impact known. Pending is a future, known, service interruption usually accompanied with an anticipated End Date/Time.
  • Planned: Was this a planned event such as maintenance, or an unplanned event such as a bug?
  • System: GIS-Mo, RAP-CARS, phones, email, Help Desk, etc. 
  • Start Date/Time: What day and time did the event start or get reported?
  • End Date/Time: What day and time did we fix the issue so that it performs as expected?
  • Who's Impacted?: County Staff, CRAB Staff, Public, etc.
  • What is Happening?: We will attempt to provide some information as to why a system/service interruption is occurring once available.
